We have created a set of several recreational facilities in the region of Pálava in South Moravia. The apartments are located on the bank of Nové Mlýny with a beautiful view of the water area. The water reservoir is primarily used for swimming, fishing, windsurfing or boating and is an important point of interest in the context of the entire region. The surroundings are suitable for hiking and cycling. Strachotín is famous for its long history in wine growing and the Moravian Wine Trail passes through it, so there are many famous wineries nearby.

The apartments with a living area of ​​100 m2 have a modern design tailored to the current needs of the market. The dominant element is the wooden cladding made of Siberian larch. The accommodation units have the same layout, each consisting of three rooms with facilities. The building is entered through a spacious terrace, an anteroom and a common corridor then divide the space into individual units. Two bedrooms and a living room in a higher standard provide an opportunity for a unique experience and recreation.
